Volunteer Incentive Program
If you love eventing,
let's work together to make our events organized, efficient and fun. Our sport
runs on volunteers and we need your help.
We have re-vamped
the Volunteer Incentive Program to
make it easier and more enticing for everyone to volunteer.
A
Volunteer Sign-up sheet is issued to each event Organizer and
Secretary in Ontario.
Each time you sign a volunteer sheet, it will entitle
you to one entry in a draw for cash.
First prize is $500, second prize $250,
third prize $150 and fourth prize $100. We'll award the cash prizes at each
November AGM.
Anyone who volunteers
their time, before, during or after an event is eligible to win!
Mom's, Dad's, experienced horse
folks or just regular folks we can use you! If you are able to help out at an
event please send us an e-mail with your contact information and we will get
the info to the event for you.
- Jump judging
- Scribing
- Timing
- Tack check
- and other fun event day
tasks
We also can
always use a hand on the OHTA Board of Directors. Even if you can't volunteer
for a full position on the board we could use your help on one of the
committees.
